Model 2210, Now Has A Standard 40" Inch Conveyor
The MonoMixer uses one of the simplest mixer designs possible, yet produces one of the most uniform and thorough Total Mixed Rations available. The MonoMixer uses a patented tub and auger design that not only aggressively and quickly blends all TMR ingredients together, but will also incorporate an unlimited amount of long stem hay into the ration.
The MonoMixer features a totally enclosed drive system that has no sprockets, chains or tighteners, just one planetary reducer that will provide years of dependable service. Other durable features of the MonoMixer include a 5/16 thick steel tub and end panels on all models, as well as a 1/8 stainless steel liner in the tub near the discharge.

All MonoMixers have a hydraulically driven swing arm mounted on the side wall of the mixer to eliminate any dead spots. The swing arm slowly swings back and forth like a pendulum, moving the ration at the same time
Simple, low maintenance planetary drive eliminates chains and oil baths.
Heavy duty 12,000 lb jack is standard on 2315, and 2460 models.
Hydraulically driven conveyors are available in a fixed position, or with optional hydraulic raise and lower.

Aggressive single auger features 1/2" thick flighting with bolt on, heat treated and tungsten coated wear resistant knives. The scissor like cutting action that develops between the knives mounted on the auger, sidewall, and the stainless steel bars mounted on the tub, cut long stem hay down to any length, depending on how long the load is allowed to mix. Normal mixing time ranges from 3 to 5 minutes, but will vary according to the type and quality of the ingredients being mixed. The MonoMixer easily accepts small squares and portions of large square and round bales.

Chain and slat style discharge uses heavy duty C55 cast iron chain and sprockets. Magnets are available for all models to minimize hardware in the ration.
1315 models feature a two setting axle to raise or lower the mixer.
A truck mounted MonoMixer is available at 500 cubic foot capacity. Truck mounted MonoMixers offer increased speed and versatility for larger operations, especially when road travel is required. Truck mounted units incorporate the same standard features as the larger trailer models, including a planetary drive, single aggressive auger, 40" wide hydraulic conveyor, electro-hydraulic controls, and a stainless steel liner. Truck units are mounted on 4 point load cell systems, with scale accuracy to 1/4%.
