The ROTO-PRESS  bagging system offers an extremely effective way to store your crops, compared to expensive permanent silos and bunkers, and prevents the nutrient loss that occurs in bales, stacks or pits.

ROTO-PRESS bagged storage provides the ultimate in flexibility, by always giving you exactly the storage capacity you need.

The ROTO-PRESS is one of the only baggers on the market that does not use cable brakes in conjunction with a backstop to achieve compaction in the bag.  The ROTO-PRESS uses simple band style brakes that are applied to the wheels.  The wheel brakes are applied and released with an easily adjusted over center mechanism.

The ROTO-PRESS comes standard with a fully enclosed oil bath, heat treated shafts, 3" spherical roller bearing on the auger, and a heavy duty double 100 roller chain drive that is strong enough to work with todays higher horsepower tractors.  The ROTO-PRESS can also be tailored to work with lower horsepower tractors by installing the 80 HP drive system

The ROTO-PRESS bagging system is well suited to custom operators, due to its simple setup and operation, few moving parts, and ease of transportation.

ROTO-PRESS offers true versatility by bagging anything from silages to food by-products to simultaneously bagging and cracking shell corn.
ROTO-PRESS is also available with a corn silage roller mill option.  Tests have proven that rolling corn silage prior to ensiling will yield additional milk and is very cost effective.
Unloading wagons is a snap with the 52" side load conveyor, one of the widest in the industry.  The hydraulically driven conveyor provides infinitely variable speed control,  letting you load the ROTO-PRESS as fast or slow as you need.  The cleated conveyor belt will move virtually any product, including shell corn. 

The ROTO-PRESS offers the desired high capacity for large users as well as custom operators.
