| Position:
Machinist Department: Manufacturing Reports to: Manufacturing Supervisor Work Week: Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm with ½ hour lunch break |

Overview: We have a small machining department that services our ag, service truck and repair departments. This allows our machinists an opportunity to work on a variety of parts in small runs. Responsibilities: · Reads blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances and tooling instructions such as feed rate, cutting speed, depth of cut, fixtures, and cutting tools to be used. · Operates lathes, milling machines, CNC and radial arm drills, hydraulic press, and other hand tools. · Selects and sets speed and feed rates of machines within tolerances and according to blueprint specification. · Inspects finished pieces to ensure parts are machined within tolerances and according to blueprint specifications. · Maintains time and production records.
Qualifications: Previous experience working with mills, lathes, drill presses or vertical machining centers, ability to read a tape measure and caliper with an eye for detail.

Position: Programmer/Systems Analyst Department: Information Technology Reports to: Information Technology Manager Work Week: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm with 1 hour lunch break |

Overview: This position’s main responsibility is programming, but will also work in areas of web site design, data analysis, ERP report development and employee training.
· Analyzes data from ERP databases and generates individual and/or group reports as required by end user’s request. · Assists with writing various reports, data collection and recommendations to user’s requests · Develops and maintains Sioux Automation’s multiple websites. · Responsible for creation, planning and development of company owned applications, network databases, web pages and various reports. · Assists information technology manager with various and miscellaneous computer software and hardware projects. · Works with information technology manager in software testing, recommendations and software compatibility and improvements.
Qualifications: Experience with SQL, Crystals Reports and ERP systems preferred. Bachelor’s degree with one to two years experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required.

Position: Ag Product Demonstration Driver Department: Ag Product Sales Reports to: Ag Sales Manager Work Week: Typically Monday - Friday, but occasional weekend travel is required. |

Overview: Our demo driver demonstrates our ag equipment to potential and existing customers, visits other potential customers in the demo area, attends trade shows and assists sales staff and area dealers. Overnight travel is required.
Responsibilities: · Displays product and explains features to customers. · Represents company in positive manner by putting forth professional appearance ad knowledgeable attitude. · Able to guarantee correct information from the sales manager rather than give the customer incomplete or incorrect information. · Asks customer questions to learn what their needs are. Answers customer’s questions about product. · Suggest product improvements to employer. · Demonstrates use or production of product and simultaneously explain merits to persuade customers to buy product. · Uses pictures and literature as aids for demonstration. · Gives product samples to customers. · Visits business, industry, farm, or customer’s home to demonstrate products and increase customer awareness and understanding of our products. · Attends trade shows, assists in demonstration of products, and speaks with prospective or current customers. · Participates in internal sales meeting when not out of the office or on a demonstration. · Compiles lists of prospective customers and business contacts for use as sales leads, based on information from trade shows, word-of-mouth, or other sources. · Assists sales representative in planning demonstration itineraries. · Itemizes receipts and prepares travel and expense reports for the sales manager. · Occasionally delivers products, and picks up rented products, or products in need of service or repair. · Coordinates with warehouse, sales, or transportation manager, regarding transportation, loading, and scheduling issues. · Receives direction and frequently reports to sales manager.
Qualifications: Previous experience working with farm equipment or farm equipment knowledge, excellent communication skills, computer skills and Class A CDL required.

Position: STI Body Mounting Department: STI Assembly Reports to: STI Assembly Supervisor Work Week: Monday – Friday 7am to 4pm with ½ hour lunch break |

Overview: Our Service Trucks can be purchased as a stock, custom or lube truck. In the STI Body Mounting Department, you will mount service bodies to chassis and cranes to service bodies, run and test all equipment and prepare the service truck for customer pickup.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.· Positions parts according to blue prints or knowledge of unit being assembled. · Mounts accessories to service body according to specifications. · Mounts service body to chassis. · Mount crane on service body if so equipped. · Run & test all options the unit is equipped with. · Inspect paint, bed liner, undercoating & overall appearance of unit. · Study sales sheet & prints to ensure that it is properly equipped. · Clean inside & outside of service body & chassis. · Return any unused parts to the Parts Department for credit & restocking. · Communicate any problems found to STI Assembly Supervisor so he is able to have them fixed. · Assist STI Final Assembly & STI Chassis Prep as needed. · Cleans and maintains work area. · Tests or assist in the testing operations of complete product. · Examines work for exactness, neatness, conformance to policies and procedures.
Qualifications: Hydraulic and electrical knowledge helpful, mechanical aptitude, an eye for detail and time management skills.
